With Lightcloud, you can create user accounts for each staff member or cleaning crew and give them the precise controls they need. Users are easy to add and can be disabled or removed. Lightcloud has two user types: administrators and standard users. Administrators have the ability to control all of Lightcloud. Standard Users are assigned specific Areas or zones to control and can’t change device settings.
Support: Every Lightcloud system includes 10 years of concierge service, which includes remote support, diagnostics, and recommissioning.
