Lightcloud is comprised of an on-site, mesh network of Controllers, Sensors, and Wall Stations. Each device in the system is able to send, receive, and repeat signals for a near limitless system size. The Gateway connects to the cloud with a cellular modem, so no ethernet or corporate network is needed to manage your system remotely. All of the settings are stored in the cloud, so there’s no need to backup servers or devices.

Even though we offer free support, many of our customers find the system so easy that they don’t require support beyond the initial commissioning.

Lightcloud is an entirely wireless system. All of the devices communicate wireless and are able to send, receive, and repeat signals to create a large, mesh networks. The devices report back to the Gateway, which coordinates between the Lightcloud mesh network and the cloud. Even the cloud connection is wireless using a secure, cellular connection. The cellular connection doesn’t require any setup or interface to a corporate network yet you’re able to control Lightcloud from anywhere on nearly any internet-connected device.
Each Lightcloud device can send and receive commands.
Devices can communicate 100′ through standard building materials such as drywall.
With direct line-of-site such as outdoors, devices can communicate as far as 1000′ apart.
Each Lightcloud device also repeats commands creating a vast network that can cover near infinite distances.
Gateways have an internal cellular modem that connects wirelessly to the cloud. No Ethernet or WiFi is required.
