Commissioning is the process of setting up a lighting control system to function in the desired manner. Most systems require expensive commissioning experts to come on-site and setup the system or leave commissioning to the installer or end-user. Lightcloud is different—Lightcloud support commissions sites remotely at no additional expense.
Simple. After a Lightcloud system is installed, the installer notifies Lightcloud support that the system is ready to be commissioned and provides information about the site and devices being installed.
Lightcloud support then remotely makes the changes to the system. Lightcloud support stays in constant contact with the end user and installers to ensure the system is setup properly.
No Problem. Lightcloud support can make changes to the system programming at no additional expense.
Lightcloud support is comprised of a team of engineers and lighting control specialists that are ready to answer your questions and solve your lighting frustrations.
If your system isn’t performing to your expectations, our team can remotely change the settings to meet your performance needs.
In the rare event that one of our devices or fixtures fails, Lightcloud support will quickly process replacements and coordinate for the removal and installation of the new device.
